ABOUT CREDAI SINDHUDURG
The CREDAI-Sindhudurg(formerly BUILDER ASSOCIATION OF SINDHUDURG) established in 2000 and since then is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector for the benefit of their Members over more than 20 years.
QUALITY POLICY:
We at the CREDAI-Sindhudurg (formerly BUILDER ASSOCIATION OF SINDHUDURG) are committed to regularly providing higher standards in all our services so as to fully satisfy our Members by:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding the expectations of our Members and ensuring prompt services
- Continual improvement of our process and systems across all disciplines to attain high quality standards
- Ensuring that our Secretariat is properly trained so that they are able to provide prompt and efficient services to the members.
It has a strong membership of 27 members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Sindhudurg which accounts for about 70% of the construction activities in Sindhudurg.
The members of the CREDAI-Sindhudurg have to observe Code of Conduct issued which will bring transparency. CREDAI-Sindhudurg also has the grievance cell to redress the grievances against the members.
The Association is headed by the President, one Vice Presidents, Hon. Secretary, Jt. Hon. Secretary, and Hon. Treasurer who are elected by the Members. In order to support the Office Bearers there is a Managing committee consisting of 12 members who are also elected by the Members.
CREDAI-Sindhudurg has issued Safety Manuals which is one of the important aspects for the site personnel.
CREDAI-Sindhudurg, since its inception, has always been at the forefront of understanding the needs of its buyers. CREDAI-SindhudurgProperty Exhibition is just one of many such initiatives the Association has started in the recent past. The Property Exhibition provides its members an ideal platform to showcase their developments and properties in a congenial environment to their prospective buyers / investors.
